We have the pleasure to present to you a wide assortment of products from our factory, which is the biggest producer of chainset mechanisms in Europe.

The factory has been meeting customer needs since 1981. A specialty of the factory is the production of front and back bicycle hubs, both steel and aluminum, single and multiple chainsets, and component parts for these sets. In the production of our products we use modern production technologies, including:

cold plastic machining:
grind, upsetting - on horizontal forging machines, on which material is transformed into the form of a steel wire rod with a 8-20 mm diameter
dinking, pressing - on presses with a 16-400 ton pressure, in which material is transformed to the form of steel tapes with a width to 300 mm and a thicknesses to 4 mm

machining:
on automatic lathes, on which material is transformed into the form of tubing and steel bars with a diameter to 40 mm
on numerically controlled lathes

thermal - chemical machining: carbon-nitriding, thermal improving in furnace chambers

galvanic machining:
zinc coating:
   - in automatic racks: blue passivation (300x900 mm racks)
   - in automatic racks: zinc iron (black) (300x900 mm racks)
   - in automatic drum: blue passivation
   - in automatic drum: yellow passivation
nickel - chromic coated in automatic racks (300x1400 mm racks)
nickel - chromic coated on special lines (max measurements of details: 1900x1200x500 mm)

In June 1996 the factory received for the first time the Quality System Certificate issued by the Polish Center of Research and Certification. The certificates confirm the realization of norm ISO 9001 requirements in the range of deign, production and sale of bicycle part and other elements.
